Q: How long does it take to create a custom order?
A: Timeline to completion is based upon your needs. We’ll
work together to create a schedule to make sure you get your gems
in plenty of time for your big event.
Q: How do I place a custom order?
A: Please email kristin@rubyandjade.com or call 214-662-4801 and
we’ll be happy to custom design your jewelry at no additional
charge.
Q: What materials are used in your jewelry?
A: At Ruby & Jade, we only use the finest materials including
freshwater pearls, Swarovski crystal, semi-precious gemstones, sterling
silver and 14k gold-filled wire and jewelry components. The benefits
of having your jewelry made with such high quality materials ensures
you will have beautiful pieces that will last a lifetime.
Q: Do I have
to design my own or have you custom design my jewelry?
A: Not at all. We have a complete section of unique pieces that
we continually update for today’s colors and styles. Check
back often or join our mailing list for updates! (link somehow to
the join our mailing list form – the same form that we link
to in other sections of the site)
Q: Do you ship?
A: We ship anywhere. We’ll let you know in advance shipping
charges base don distance and your timeline.
Q: Can you rush my order?
A: Absolutely. There will be an additional charge for rush shipments.
Q: What is your exchange
policy?
A: Since every piece of our jewelry is handcrafted to order for
our clients, we regret we cannot offer cash refunds. We’ll
happily exchange your piece for another within 14 days of the date
of delivery/shipment arrival. Earrings are nonrefundable/non-exchangeable
due to sanitary reasons. If you have a problem with an earring order,
we’ll exchange or remake the earrings for you using the same
ear wires or posts. A small exchange/remake fee may apply.
