Payment Terms

1. Bridal: A non-refundable deposit of $ 50.00 is due before bridal orders can be initiated. This fee is necessary to cover a small portion of the materials and a small percentage of the time it takes to make your jewelry. If the order also includes pieces for your bridal party, an additional $50.00 materials fee is needed up front making the total non-refundable deposit $100.00. The balance is due when your order is delivered. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, checks, or money orders. Make checks payable to: Ruby & Jade. Your order cannot be delivered until full payment is received.

2. Custom Design (non-bridal): A non-refundable deposit of $50.00 is due before custom orders can be initiated. This fee is necessary to cover a small portion of materials and a small percentage of the time it takes to make your jewelry. Your order will be delivered when full payment is received.

3. Parties: Payment for each participant’s designs are due at the party. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, checks, or money orders.

4. Refunds/Exchange Policy: Since every piece of our jewelry is handcrafted to order for our clients, we regret we cannot offer cash refunds. We’ll happily exchange your piece for another within 14 days of the date of delivery/shipment arrival. Earrings are nonrefundable/non-exchangeable due to sanitary reasons. If you have a problem with an earring order, we’ll exchange or remake the earrings for you using the same ear wires or posts. A small exchange/remake fee may apply.

5. Returns: If you decide to exchange your jewelry, please return the piece/s in its original unworn condition to us in person, or via prepaid insured mail. Please call or send an email to R&J ahead of time with the piece information, the expected arrival date, and whether you would like a different piece or a store credit. Please pack the piece well and include your original receipt.
